I will review it and I’ll dive into your answers and get back to you with a proposed destination, a suggested itinerary and brief description of what you’ll find once there.

After 4 to 7 working days you receive a file with the proposed itinerary, including the suggested destination and some activities and experiences available in the area.

Let’s start with a questionnaire to go through all your needs and requests.
As soon as I receive all your answers, we will schedule a 30-minute video call to source inspirations and review all the details over a cup of coffee.
I will then get hands-on to curate the best made-to-measure custom made itinerary and/or experience of your dreams. This is where I start researching, finding inspiration and planning.
A proposal draft will be sent in 4-7 working days, together with some suggested stays, for you to review, ensuring that every detail meets your expectations.
Once all details are finalized, I’ll send you the final itinerary in 7 working days.
All you need to do is book your stays and pack your luggages!

After our 30min planning session video call, you’ll receive a follow-up email with all the details discussed.
The first draft will include only the itinerary and hotel suggestions to review together.
Once all is defined, a final file will be sent in 5 working days with:
all the info on your itinerary;
a curated list of the most Instagrammable boutique hotels and accommodations for you available to book;
a customized guide for you with all the cool spots such as restaurants, shops, museums, workshops and what not to miss once there.
